1. I make a reservation. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, no deposit required.
2. Which credit card can I use to pay the rental? Are there any fees?
You can use any major credit card (Visa, Master, Amex etc) with
no fees payable.
3. I rent a car for a week but I would like keep it a few days more. Is that possible?
Of course just let us know a couple of days before.
4. Can I contact someone outside working hours in case of emergency?
We provide you with a mobile number which is available for emergencies
24 hours.
5. Can I pick up the vehicle at the airport and return it on different location?
Yes, of course, it is possible.
6. Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking up to 48 hours prior to pick up.
Please write an email to the address given in the confirmation
mail. There is no charge.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is only allowed up till 48 hours prior to pick
up. If you cancel after that date you are obliged to pay the
full rental fee.
8. When shall I confirm the booking?
It’s in your best interest to confirm the booking as soon as
possible after having received our offer, so we can offer you
the best possible price. We confirm the booking by sending you
confirmation mail. Once you did booking – you are guaranteed
that the agreed vehicle will wait for you under the agreed conditions.
9. How will you find our agent at the airport?
Auto Express - Rodos Rent a Car representative will meet you
with your name written on the board.
10. Can more than one person drive the car?
Yes, but please state the other driver when you pick up the car. This is important for insurance reason and in case you are being pulled over by the police.
